I worked for a number of years as a website developer for an international insurance company. Using many skills including html, css, javascript etc, and also building .net web parts through coding. I now create my own websites and also build websites for small companies, individuals and organisations. Prices start at £250 for creation of a WordPress website with up to 10 static pages. You will also have a blog/news page where you can add your own regular content. Also included is a ‘contact me’ page which sends through emails to a designated person when a form is filled in on the website. You will be able to update the pages on the website yourself once they are set up through the WordPress interface.
This kind of website would be ideal for the self-employed or small businesses as they offer a low cost site enabling you to get exposure for your service, product or business.
Hosting is available at £50 a year including the domain name or £30 a year excluding the domain name.
